About Pebblewood Dental

Mark Mendiola, DDS, earned his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry after earning his bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University.

He has undergone countless hours of postgraduate education to stay current with the techniques and technologies that help him provide conservative and comprehensive treatment with a gentle and caring approach.

He has volunteered in numerous outreach programs, provided health screenings at the Special Olympics, provided dental treatment for Indian Health Services in Montana, and participated in a dental mission to the Dominican Republic.

Larissa Navarro, DDS, was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wayne State University.

Dr. Navarro was then awarded her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 2005. She has spent most of her career treating children. As a parent, Dr. Navarro understands the daily challenges of promoting and instilling great oral health in young children.

Her goal is to provide top dental care in an experience that is compassionate, gentle, and fun. Dr. Navarro is also passionate about dental preventive care, minimally invasive treatment options, and oral health education for young children and their parents.

Dr. Navarro is the Dental Director and full-time dentist at Mobile Care Chicago, a not-for-profit organization. They deliver no cost care to underserved communities aboard mobile clinics in the Chicago area.
